American Fire Protection Co., Inc. carries JL Roof Hatches to make your building safer. Roof hatches are available in galvanized steel or aluminum in a variety of sizes. All roof hatches are 12" high with 1" fiberglass insulation in the top and 1" fiberboard insulation in the base with a draft seal gasket around the door. They include heavy-duty hinges, a heavy gauge automatic hold open arm and compression-operated shock-absorbing cylinder.
