Curb: 14 ga. galvanized steel, 12" high curb with 4" wide flange including holes for securing to roof deck. Curb includes integral, rounded corner, and counter flashing. Cover: 14 ga. galvanized steel, with 22 ga. galvanized steel liner------Finish: Bonderite pre-treated, hammertone powder coat.--Door Steel: EPDM draft seal gasket. Insulation: 1" fiberboard insulation surroundng base. 1" fiberglass insulation between exterior door cover and liner. Hinges: Heavy duty hinge. Model FD Series Flush Mounted Access Panels

Specify Model FD when you need to provide access to utilities n the walls or ceilings of stairwells, shafts, corridors and any other areas where fire ratings are important. to facilitate installation in wall construction, frames are equipped wth masonry anchors and bolt holes. Doors are furnished with an automatic closer and latch automatically when door is released. The door panel has 2" of insulation in a sandwich-type construction. The FD Series model access door has also proved practical for use when reduction n sound transmission through access openings is desired. The FD series can be installed in fire rated walls or ceilings and maintains the fire barrier ratings. These panels carry Underwritwes Laboratories 1-1/2 hour "B" rating for wall applications and the Warnock Hersey label for 3-hour non-combustable and 1-hour combustable floor/ceiling assemblies.

Model TM for Drywall, Masonry and Tile

This all-purpose 14 gauge steel access door affords fast and convenient access for inspection or service to vital components of plumbng, heating, air condtioning and/or electrical systems. The TM is primarily used for new installations or remodeling on masonry, tile, wood or other wall surfaces. The exposed 1" frame flange adds rigidity and conceals rough wall openings. The concealed hinged door is mounted to the frame and swings open for ease in servicing and results in a door always closing square in place. The unit is secured with screwdriver-operated cam locks, and a key operated cylinder lock can be furnished in place of one cam lock. Nails, bolts or masonry anchors may be sed to fasten the TM model securely in place.
