Shipping Policy 

At American Fire Protection, we proudly ship to any state in the U.S.  Stock items typically ship within 24 hours.  We will advise the customer of shipping times for non-stock items.

Our default shipping method is UPS Ground, and ship by request UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 Day, Priority Mail (in special situations), or by freight.  Non-UPS Ground shipping methods may result in additional shipping charges. 

Return Policy

American Fire Protection will make every effort within reason to ensure that the customer is 100% satisfied with our service and products.  If you are not happy with an item you may return the item in new condition within 15 days for a full refund minus shipping.  Custom orders are non-refundable/non-returnable.  Items covered by a manufacturer's warranty will need to be sent into that manufacturer for warranty claims. 

To initiate a return, email our customer service department at customerservice@americanfireprotection.com.  Be sure to include your order number and the items you wish to return in your email.
